Today was awesome!

Met up with my amazing photographer

Olimpia Dior to snap these photos. We took the Tramp to Roosevelt Island, had ice cream and

then went for a whiskey on the rocks at an Irish

bar near by. Fantastic Day, hope yours was the same!

tomarme estas fotos. Nos montamos en el Tramp para ir a la isla de Roosevelt, me comi un helado y

luego nos fuimos a tomarnos un whiskey en las rocas en una bara cerca.

Today was a great day!

I had a photo shoot at Early Halloween, spent the afternoon

with vintage Chanel, Dior and Norma Kamalli.

to the shoot. Simple with some added heels to give it an edge.

Its my hubbys birthday tomorrow!

The plan is to have

nice dinner and some fun with friends!

-The week is almost over guys!!

This past weekend we went camping with a couple friends to Wildwood State Park in Long Island.

It was incredible, we had a great time and I cant

wait to do it again!

As you can see from the photos we had a beach so

close to us we walked there, I loved how one

minute I'm in the woods and the next I'm at the beach! On our way home we stopped

in town to have lunch, the last photo is of the town pond which is home to

two swans and many ducks!!

It was such a beautiful town, now I want to move there!-

El weekend pasado nos fuimos de camping con nuestros amigos a Wildwood State Park en Long Island. Fue una experiencia increible, la pasamos super y

ya quiero volver!

Como pueden ver en las fotos habia una playa tan cerca

de nosotros que caminamos hacia ella, me encanto que un minuto estoy en el campo

y el otro en la playa! De regreso a casa paramos en el pueblito para

almorzar, la ultima foto es del lago de el pueblo donde

viven dos cisnes y varios patos!!

Super lindo el pueblito, ahora me quiero mudar ahi!-

Happy Tuesday! Its a lazy rainy Tuesday here in NYC for me, blogging, relaxing and catching up on some TV! Thinking about making some soup for dinner, yummm!

I wanted to do an outfit post today however the rain kind of ruined it, so here are a few photos taken just outside my building and in my apartment with my iPhone. The first is my photo collage in my living room, the ones that follow are of my outfit today, enjoy!

Feliz Martes! Un dia lluvioso aqui en NYC, estare bloging, relajandome y ponerme al dia con mis programas de television. Creo que cocinare sopa para la cena, yummm!

{Mexican Brunch & Thrift Finds}

I hope everyone is doing fantastic! I've been away because of work, last month was very slow however it has picked up a ton and its suppose to continue like this for the whole summer which means less blogging but more studio time!! I will try to update at least once a week and hopefully more. I'm also going away on vacay!! Me and the hubby are going to Orlando, FL May 1-8, we will be swimming with the dolphins, hitting Disney and hunting for alligators!! And I cant wait!!

Last Sunday we went to brunch at Mexi Q in Astoria and OMG the food was incredible! We've had dinner here before, but this was the first time we did brunch, and it wont be the last! I wore this J.Crew shirt that I bought at a thrift store a couple of weeks ago. I got a few more items that I will wear eventually, I love thrift shopping, you can really find some good pieces and for cheap!! I paired the shirt with this F21 skirt that I recently purchased, I love how the colors work with each other and the silver of the sandals brings it all together. To give it a little edge I added the gold purse, accessories and voila here's a relaxed yet trendy look for Sunday brunch! Have a wonderful rest of the week!!

Espero que todo el mundo este fenomenal! He estado fuera por motivos de trabajo, el mes pasado fue muy lento, sin embargo, ha aumentado un monton y se supone que continue así durante todo el verano, lo que significa menos blogs, pero más tiempo en el estudio! Voy a tratar de poner  blogs una vez a la semana o mas. También me voy de vacaciones! Yo y mi amor nos vamos a Orlando, FL, del 1 hasta el 8 mayo, vamos a nadar con los delfines, ir a Disney y  a cazar cocodrilos! Y no puedo esperar!


El domingo pasado fuimos a almorzar en Mexi Q en Astoria y OMG la comida es increíble! Hemos cenado aquí antes, pero esta es la primera vez que comimos el brunch, y no será la última! Me puse esta camisa de J.Crew que compré en un thrift store un par de semanas atrás. Compre unas cuantas cosas más que les enseñare con el tiempo, me encanta ir de compras en los thrifts, siempre encuentro buenas piezas y muy baratas! Combine la camiseta con esta falda de F21 que compre recientemente, me encanta cómo los colores se ven juntos, y el plata de las sandalias hace que los colores resalten unos con otros. He añadido la bolsa de oro, los accesorios y voilá aquí está un look relajado pero de moda para brunch un domingo! Que tengan una maravillosa semana!!

Fashion: What I'm Wearing {Feeling Colorful}

I cant help but be attracted to my colorful clothes this late in February. I think our patiently waiting has turned into hurry up Spring, I cant wait any more! That's right where I am, mixing pastel colored skirts with sweaters and leather jackets to keep me warm since the weather is still pretty cold. However my heart is screaming for dresses, skirts and sandals, Spring is almost here dollies lets get excited and start thinking what to bring out from our Spring closets!

Fashion: What I'm Wearing

New York Fashion Week begins today! In honor of Fashion Week I'm showing you what I wore today, Its 45 degrees here in New York and the sun is out! I had sushi for lunch and spilled soy sauce all over my dress, ugh!! Thankfully it came out, I love this dress!! When spilling something on your clothes, make sure to damp a cloth in very hot water and rub the stain off your clothes immediately. Remember, you don't need to spend so much money to look good!
