Fashion: What I'm Wearing {Weekend}

Hello everyone! Its the weekend and I'm making lasagna tonite, so I went to the market to get some things I needed for dinner tonite. Its a gloomy and rainy day in New York today, which means I get to wear my Hunter Boots!! I ♥ them!! It was supposed to snow too, but hey I'm not complaining! Its Saturday, so I want to be comfortable yet stylish and looking my best. On yesterday's post I mentioned that I don't really like wearing matchy matchy outfits unless it looks really good. Therefore I wore this "matchy matchy" outfit today to give you an idea of how to wear the same colors and pull it off. I love stripes everything!! And red is very popular this season, I wore red, black and white, then added the leopard print scarf to add an unexpected pop of brown. Originally I was going to wear a red and white scarf but It looked too "matchy, matchy" ;) Adding different prints with the same colors is a good way to make the outfit look trendy and stylish. Wearing a side braid on your hair and topping it with a hat is a super easy way to look chic when you don't really feel like doing your hair! Have a great rest of the week!!
